I’ve been writing publicly for almost 20 years, which seems crazy. I’ve maintained my own website, Marriage Confessions, for 15 of those years, but I’ve also written for magazines, websites, other blogs - once I even wrote for a podcast (not my own), which is the weirdest writing ever.
I’ve always tried to make my writing accessible for a variety of reasons. Mostly being that it seems odd to charge people to read about my silly, mundane life. But over the past month, you may have noticed that you hit a paywall now when you come to my Substack. Trust me - that’s weird for me, too. But there are reasons for this, and I wanted to share them with you today.
